The importance of knowing how to administer or manage human resources of organizations or companies. Being professional, is not having a college degree or technical, in a moment of the life all we train, those that we want it to do in a way more formal us link to a university or an educational center with the idea of giving greater stability academic to what we want. We had go to a superior institution (University), we realize the theories learned in them is not the same with regard to the practices that we carry out in professional life, in the different companies and organizations, some have with more luck than others and we were able to enter some good organizations and others with less luck enter small organization, however the important is that we get a job. And when we got to that organization or company is small or large, we are obliged to have labor relations and it is there where many failed in our labour relations, many us are going well, we know we behave but another is not and when they are generated the labour disputes. Dear friend with this I get to say that all of us as professionals we must have knowledge, whether General or specific personnel management or human resource management, these courses help us understand the other person, help us to know the importance of the person, look at this, the person as a human being in the OrganizationRemember that organizations or companies if its human factor are nothing, can have the best tools and technology in the world, but without a qualified person or be a trained human being this machinery never give their economic benefits to the organization therefore I invite you to that they enable independent of the profession that are to have at least one course of management of human resources.
